In partnership with Toll Brothers City Living, our Commercial Studio is ecstatic to collaborate on their newest project, Vista Pointe at Port Imperial, an expansive community overlooking New York's beautiful Hudson River. Just a stone's throw away from the coveted neighborhood of Manhattan in Point Imperial, New Jersey offering 1-4 bedroom condominiums - Vista Pointe takes a fresh, innovative approach to how we view home & lifestyle, offering an unparalleled experience for city dwellers.

The goal was to transform the space into a warm and welcoming environment with a timeless simplicity. We transitioned the color palette from cool greys to warm browns and beiges, introducing natural stone to help elevate the level of design. Paying close attention to the details, our Design team utilized soffits and material transitions (woods and textural wallcovering) at the ceiling to help define and create more intimate spaces within the larger lobby.
Enjoy a breath of fresh air at Vista Pointe, through the luxurious lobbies and resident lounges to the resort-like amenities, from the highly stylized sundeck and riverfront pool to the rooftop terrace, maker's room, fitness center, and more.
