Unscripted Interiors Partners with Netflix Star Colton Underwood for New Residential Project

We are excited to announce that Unscripted Interiors is partnering with the star of Netflix’s Coming Out Colton and former NFL player Colton Underwood to design his new Los Angeles dream home!

"My last home in Denver, Unscripted Interiors just knocked it out of the park. Every detail. Every color. Every moment,” said Colton Underwood. “I'm excited for them to design the perfect home for me and Jordan."

As a first-time homebuyer, Colton wanted to ground himself in a community surrounded by nature. Our team led the creative vision to create the perfect sanctuary that reflected his personal style and busy life.

“We loved designing Colton’s first home in Colorado and are thrilled to get to work together again on a dream home that reflects this new phase of his life as he and fiancé Jordan C. Brown put down roots together in Los Angeles,” said Unscripted Interiors Principal and CEO Kari Armstrong. “In typical Unscripted style, we’re excited to push the unexpected when it comes to design inspiration, custom curated pieces and architectural elements to meld both of their styles.”

From intentional, cozy spaces to inviting entertainment areas, the minimalist open floor plan of Colton’s Denver home blended the mountains with modernity for a masculine and contemporary vibe. The home featured a monochrome black aesthetic with clean lines, luxe furnishings and rich, layered textures. A stunning finished basement welcomed entertaining, complete with a custom architectural wine wall, wet bar and conversational seating.

The Denver residence also boasted an impressive art collection, including a jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling custom mural of The Rockies, a neon photography installation and unique works from local Colorado artists.
